Movie Review

LEVEL: Form 2 Intermediate

TIME: 2 periods (1hour 10 minutes)

AIMS: To predict on the content of the story after watching the trailers.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: One computer for 2students (pair), with an internet connection and a web browser.

PREPARATION:

1. Check everything works - the computers and the internet connection

2. Check sites before lesson.

3. Check on the worksheet.

PROCEDURE:

1. First, write down the title of the movie - How to Train Your Dragon.

2. After that, ask the students to go the website and watch all the trailers as well as read the synopsis

3. Then, give out handout and ask students to answer questions based on the web page.

4. They can ask if they are confused with the questions.

5. At the end of the class, some volunteers can share their thoughts on the movie based on the worksheet.



FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITY:

1. Teacher asks students to find more information and make their own summary of the movie.

2. Students then can email(everyone already has email)the summary to teacher and other friends to be reviewed and commented on.
